Two employees including the IW were lifting and stacking columns onto a cart.

What happened

Two employees including the IW were lifting and stacking columns onto a cart when the column came into contact with the side of the cart. This caused the column to roll out of employees ' hands and pinching IW 's hand between the lower columns previously stacked on the cart. The columns pinched the hand causing protective hand gear to tear and leave a laceration to the index finger.
