What happened

Repetitive movement (typing pushing pulling moving cases) was causing soreness in left should to part of the neck. Then when shifting cases on the shelves when EE pushed a small stack of cases (about 20 or so) she felt a sharp pain in her left shoulder and it remained sore for the day
