Loosening bolts to remove the frequency drive. Unfortunately one bolt was not loosened he pulled not realizing one bolt was still tightened

What happened

Maintenance team was replacing a frequency drive in [REDACTED] moving it to [REDACTED]. When moving the drive maintenance supervisor felt pain in his left forearm. Drive estimated weight of 120lbs. Two person lift was being performed.
