A concrete pump feeder bowl was improperly cleaned by the employees team. He observed additional cleaning that needed to be performed and decided to do it himself. The typical cleaning procedure didn 't work because of the material that was ran so he picked up the feeder bowl without gloves on and tapped it against the trash can.

The feeder bowl edge was very sharp and he inadvertently got his right second (middle) finger pinched and cut between the feeder bowl and the metal trash can.
