Before the incident

Carrying a metal panel along the side of the fence. A vehicle hit the fence from the other side. It hit him and sent him flying and spinning in air. He landed on back and elbow.

What happened

[REDACTED] was carrying metal panel along the side of the fence on the inside of the construction zone. A car out of nowhere drove behind the closed road cones and hit the fence causing it to ricochet onto him. It hit him on his calf and ankel. He landed on his back and on his elbow.
