Before the incident

Moving rods from large tubs into pans.

What happened

Employee stated that his left elbow had been hurting and attributed the pain to moving supervalue rods from large tubs sent from [REDACTED] and placing them into pans to add to rod welder lines. TM treated the pain with NSAIDs and ice icyhot initially but when the pain persisted and eventually got worse he went to plant nurse.He received a shot and was given restrictions
