What happened

Temp employee was attempting to make a minor adjustment to their machine. Making this adjustment requires that the TM place their hand between two rotating shafts. The TM 's weld sleeve was snagged by a pin on the rotating shaft pulling their arm against the shaft. This caused a laceration to the top of his hand.
