Before the incident

Employee was working at the Coater Dept load end loading glass onto conveyor line.

What happened

Employee noticed that the line 2 pop up table was not going down at the load end. He noticed a broken piece of glass under the conveyor not allowing it to function properly. He used a poker to try breaking the glass into smaller pieces so it would clear the line. In the process the poker when through the glass it caused his hand to strike another piece of broken glass.
