Before the incident

Employee (EE) was pulling a stack of doors using an electric pallet jack and did not see the pallet of doors behind them As their left foot and the right feet struck the pallet they began to fall backwards onto the pallet of doors While trying to prevent themselves from falling the EE grabbed onto the pallet jack handle and tried to use it as a catch This caused the pallet jack to keep moving backward onto their right foot ankle and lower part of right leg
