Finger was mashed between a door and a table while putting door on line one conveyor resulting in a serious injury to the tip of their finger Injured employee was placing a rework door back onto the inspection table and dropped the door onto their finger The finger was pinched between the falling door and a skate wheel on the table top This amputated the tip of their R middle finger no bone loss Injured employee was transported to ER for triage Follow up surgery with specialist had to remove some bone to repair damaged finger
