The team member was ripping apart a box in the bulk repack area of the Kerrick warehouse and as the box was coming apart the force from the team member pulling back caused them to have their elbow forcefully slam into a repack knockdown that was behind them A red mark was created on the team members elbow and they could not close their fist completely and had a tingling sensation down their forearm
