Before the incident

Carrying a package to the front door.

What happened

As the driver was approaching the front door of a customers house for a delivery a small dog ran up and bit the driver on the left leg below the calf. The driver was able to shake the dog loose and get the customer to come out and take the dog. The dog broke skin and caused some small scratches. The driver also made themself known as they were exiting the vehicle but the dog never presented itself.
