[REDACTED] and group leader were setting up production line 4 assembling an equipment. Equipment has a drum that should be placed inside they both lifted the drum to set inside the equipment. [REDACTED] lost grip of his side of the drum and made a sudden movement to prevent from falling and sustained the strain

As [REDACTED] lifted the side of the drum he lost grip and made a quick movement to prevent the drum from falling. He sustained a strain to his right arm.
