Before the incident

EE was moving scrap barrels in a hopper using a forklift to the scrap roll off outside.

What happened

The EE was moving the barrels with a forklift and one of the crushed barrels fell out of the tub. The EE went to pick up the barrel without leather gloves and the jagged edge sliced their palm.
