What happened

Driver opened wrong dock door while talking to another driver Driver did not realize he was at the wrong dock door. Driver stepped onto plate of truck when other driver pulled off which caused the employee to do the splits and fall off the dock to the outside. The employee said he landed on his feet and felt his ankle snap and laid down on the ground. Ambulance showed around [REDACTED] and took the employee to OU Hospital and informed us he would be having surgery on his right ankle because the bone was sticking out of the skin.
