What happened

LIFTING AND HANDLING - carrier submitted a [REDACTED] via [REDACTED] stating I was unloading my truck (trays of mail and packages) in blue bin @ least 15 20 pkgs or more of various weights into the back of my two-ton truck; I felt a pinch. Pinch in my stomach was diagnosed as umbilical hernia. The employee did not report the incident to his supervisor. Management was notified via email from Injury Comp [REDACTED] of the incident.
