What happened

Supervisor called over to the shop area. I walked to the charging aisle. I saw [REDACTED] Laying in the walk path aisle on the east side of the [REDACTED] #2. He said “I tripped over the pallet next to myself and fell to the floor driving my palm into the floor.” His face hit the floor and he turned over to his back hurting his left hand and his upper left front tooth. His upper lip was twice the size.
