Carrier was at [REDACTED] She opened the fence to deliver mail to the box on the porch no dog so she continued into the fence. The [REDACTED] came from the back of the house she immediately stopped and try to exit. When she started to exit the [REDACTED] bit her on the right calf. The neighbor heard her yell and ran across the street and grabbed the dog.
