On [REDACTED] [REDACTED] reported to the supervisor that she was delivering a spur to the door of an address that would not fit in the box. As she was walking back up the hill she felt pain in her back and had to drop her route. She initially made a statement that she was not going to file as workman 's compensation claim. She stated that she woke up [REDACTED] with pain in her lower back.
