employee pulled up driveway at [REDACTED] and delivered 2 parcels. did a 3 pt turn and started heading down the driveway. he was going around turn in driveway and vehicle started sliding on snow. he was heading towards a fence and tried to pump breaks and put into neutral but vehicle kept sliding and went through a post rail fence located at side of the driveway.
