What happened

HAZWOPER Employee Spill Leak team noticed a leaking package on [REDACTED] at [REDACTED] while working on the APBS. When the employee started to isolate the package the substance dripped on her thigh and around [REDACTED] the following morning her thigh started to be irritated (Red with small bumps). When looking at her thigh she noticed the substance had created a hole in her pants. The employee washed the affected area with soap and water. She then covered her leg with a paper towel.
