He wa pushing the overhead door up.

On [REDACTED] at [REDACTED] PVS Driver was getting ready to unload his trailer at [REDACTED] when he pushed the overhead door up and it did not lock in place. The driver lifted the overhead door on the trailer. As he stepped into the trailer the overhead door came down and hit him on the top of the head. The driver called management and reported that the overhead door retracked back down and hit him on the top of the head. The driver had a small cut and was sent to the hospital.
