City Letter Carrier was carrying park and loop route on [REDACTED] at [REDACTED]. She delivered mail to resident mailbox and stepped away (pivoted) after the delivery and she felt her right knee tighten up. she had no movement in her right knee. She proceeded to drive herself to the Post office.. The were no hazards or obstacles on the porch and conditions were clear and dry. She was seen at the clinic for a right knee sprain.
