What happened

At approximately [REDACTED] SSDA came to me and stated she was going home because she allegedly hurt her hand and she was in pain. She stated she reported to her supervisor that while she was lifting a container in the GENERAL DELIVERY area she hit her right hand around [REDACTED] with the corner of the large envelope rack of certified mail in [REDACTED] Branch. She further stated that the hand and arm became swollen and prevented her from doing her job accordingly. She then left to the emergency room after completing the form choice for medical care.
