[REDACTED] was setting up his truck for the day. He was loading the truck with his personal belongings backpack cooler. He was on the passenger side of the truck as he was on the step he slipped and fell back to the ground landing on his back and left elbow. He was assessed and taken to Tufts Medical Center for further evaluation. he will be off work for 1 day and must follow up with his primary care.
