[REDACTED] WAS ROLLING ON AN UPRIGHT TO THE TRAILER WHEN HE FELT A POP IN HIS RIGHT SHOULDER. HE REPORTED THE INCIDENT THAT [REDACTED] HOWEVER DECIDED TO GO HOME. WHEN RETURN TO WORK THE [REDACTED] ([REDACTED]) HE THEN TOLLD SUPERVISOR [REDACTED] THAT HIS SHOULDER WAS BURNING IN PAIN. SUPERVISOR ON DUTY OFFERED HIM MEDICAL CARE & HE WENT TO THE ER ON HIS OWN.
