What happened

Mail Handler was working at the 100th operation distributing mail in the [REDACTED] gpc located at the border of the section 's area. Meanwhile mail handler was transporting a container with oversized parcels in an Electric pallet jack when one of the oversized parcels tilted hitting and moving abruptly the gpc of [REDACTED] where mail handler was working. At the moment of the impact mail handler was holding the restraining bar as she was closing the middle section of the container when the gpc drifted away with the impact mail handler felt a pulling sensation with pain on the right shoulder.
