What happened

employee was attempting to close a trailer door on [REDACTED]. As he pulled the strap on the door it was unknown that the cable on the door was broke. The strap snapped as he pulled and he then fell and his head the door rail (wheel track) on the trailer. He fell onto the dock plate and the door rail had cut his head on the back top portion.
