What happened

On [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] the Employee was working on the APBS machine on the belt. When she hit the button for the dumper to dump the parcels onto the belt she was moving a large box to allow the other boxes to fall onto the belt and a large box fell hitting her left hand. She informed the Supervisor that she hurt herself as the large box struck her hand. She proceeded to the nurse’s office and the nurse placed an ice pack on her left hand. She was then transported to [REDACTED] by the supervisor to have her hand checked.
