Pulling dock plate from trailer

What happened

[REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] at the [REDACTED]amp[REDACTED] downtown at dock door 38 I was pulling up the dock plate from out of trailer [REDACTED] with my left and right arm. While raising the dock plate my left shoulder made a pop sound. My shoulder throbbed with lite pain and tingling feeling down the back of the arm to the fingers after the pop. I do have a witness that was nearby (a door over) that was on a forklift and hear the pop as well. I informed my supervisor at the time shortly after about what had happened. She stated that we would do an incident report.
