What happened

On [REDACTED] at [REDACTED] City [REDACTED] fell after stepping out of the LLV. He called [REDACTED] and then the Supervisor. Upon arrival an Ambulance a LLV and Promaster were on site. [REDACTED] was laying on a stretcher in the Ambulance. [REDACTED] stated he fell after stepping out of the LLV. [REDACTED] stated he did get back to his feet and called [REDACTED] first and then called Supervisor . [REDACTED] stated his tailbone was hurting and he could not feel his back.
