Carrier was delivering 3 small parcels at [REDACTED] Carrier had scanned the parcels and placed them on the top step. As carrier stated she turned around to walk down the steps. The second to the last step gave away causing her left leg to fall through the steps. Resulting in her falling to the ground hitting my face.
