What happened

carrier came out the vehicle try to delivery some parcels to the front door owner was pushing his monocycle into garage. and somehow the dog came out from inside garage and toward to carrier then bite her left forearm and left hip. carrier was about haft way on the driveway and with parcels in hand. the carrier never seen the dog at that resident.
