MVS Driver was loading 11-Ton box truck at [REDACTED] station the driver was pushing a crab cage onto the lift plate because the scissor lift is broke at [REDACTED] and the ground wasn 't level she had to use a little more force to load the crab cage while doing that she felt a pain in her back and shoulder.
