She was working taking a call from a customer.

What happened

Employee called me via cell phone telling me that she had fallen and couldn’t get up that she had tripped over her computer and that she had tried to open the door for her grandson and tripped and felt. I asked her if she needed me to call [REDACTED] and she stated that she had called her granddaughter that lives in the back but was not responding. She stated that she was bleeding from her knees and was also crying in pain. She told me that her granddaughter finally was there to help her. She currently teleworks from home she indicated that she had placed the customer on hold when the accident occurred. She told me that she was going to go to the doctor because she was in so much pain. I asked if she needed our postal doctor and she said that she would go to her own urgent care doctor. I offered it twice and she said she didn’t have time to wait.
