getting out of the truck

What happened

On [REDACTED] at [REDACTED] driver started truck. We had brief rain shower. As he was getting out of truck to pre trip it; his foot slipped on the top step causing him to fall out of truck backward. That is how you have to exit the truck backwards. He had phone in his pocket. He called his supervisor the rescue squad was called and he ended up at Harris Methodist.
