Cleaning out the Covid rack

What happened

Was cleaning out the Covid rack. I lifted a tall box from the back of the rack behind the safety rail. As I was turning with the box the corner of the box caught on one of those blue things that hold sleeves for the strapper. I felt a pop in my lower back on my left side. It did not hurt at first but it was a strange feeling. Now my back hurts.
