On [REDACTED] around [REDACTED] [REDACTED] was driving USPS tractor trailer #0610266 on roadway heading westbound on the [REDACTED] the POV in front was towing a utility trailer and a piece of lumber fell out of the trailer. [REDACTED] tried to avoid object and ran over it causing the steering wheel to shake hard and the [REDACTED] dislocated his left little finger.
