NMO clerk was dispatching a pallet with a pallet [REDACTED] pushing it down the aisle way as forklift driver was coming towards her with a wire on his forks and the wire he had on his forks hit the box NMO clerk was pushing with her pallet [REDACTED] knocking her into the wall on her right hip buttocks and leg causing pain and bruising. She thought she might be ok but upon waiting 10-15 min decided she should report.
