Walking up the stairs to the kettle to washdown the kettle with a bucket in his hand.

What happened

[REDACTED] was taking a bucket of chemicals up to [REDACTED] in [REDACTED] and when he was about to pour the chemical into the kettle to perform a complete wash he got back splashed with chemicals from the bucket. [REDACTED] was taken to the nearest emergency shower station and performed a 15-minute full shower. After the [REDACTED] was sent to the nearest urgent care to treat his chemical burns.
