What happened

On [REDACTED] employee stated that he injured his lower back while picking up a sack. He stated he had attempted to place the sack in a container. the sack didn 't make it into the container but was caught on the broad side of the gaylord. The sack he states then fell to the ground. As he retrieved the sack from the ground he believes he injured his back. Specifically as he bent to lift the sack.
