RCA on first day of OJT. RCA and trainer completed the last stop on the route when [REDACTED] turned to walk back to her vehicle which was parked in front of the FFV. Her right foot struck a raised portion of the sidewalk causing her to fall. She struck her right arm causing an abrasion and the right side of her face on the cement causing her glasses to push into and cut her brow.
