Stuffing promotion bags

Employee and staff were putting together goodies bags to hand out for Homecoming activities and to promote their department. Employee had bent over from a standing position to place an item in a bag that was located on the floor. When raising back up employee turned and took a step and suddenly felt pain in her lower back.
