Loading up the back of his truck

On [REDACTED] at [REDACTED] [REDACTED] was loading up the back of his truck while standing in the back of the truck. He was bent over awkwardly organizing his packages. He turned his head a little quick and felt a pop in his neck but no pain. [REDACTED] he started getting dizzy but still finished organizing his truck. He notified his manager and tried to find medicine to help. They told him to go sit down and relax for a little bit since they didn 't have any to give him. After an [REDACTED] half he finally got up and asked for a workman’s comp paper.
