verified kc On [REDACTED] about [REDACTED] Assistance Rural Carrier (ARC) was heading south on [REDACTED] with 3 vehicles behind her. When she arrived at [REDACTED] she attempted to make a left hand turn onto [REDACTED] [REDACTED] to deliver 2 packages. As she was making the left turn a [REDACTED] silver Toyota [REDACTED] driven by Customer of [REDACTED] came from 3 car lengths behind the LLV and struck it in the left side door. The LLV #2214222 was pushed into the ditch and Customer [REDACTED] ran into an electric pole. Employee was taken to Thibodaux Regional Hospital by ambulance where she complained of injuries to her back neck and pain on her left side of her body. Louisiana state police was called to the scene and did not issue any citations due to it being an ongoing investigation. The customer was driving with a restricted driver’s license. Employee entered on duty with Houma Post Office [REDACTED].
