What happened

On [REDACTED] came back to [REDACTED] approximately [REDACTED] stated that she felt discomfort in her right shoulder. I asked her what happen and she stated that she felt pain after lifting her relay bag from her relay box. I asked her did she packed her own relay bag and she stated yes but the book make the bag heavy. I also asked her did she complete her whole assignment and she stated yes. I also ask her Do she want medical attention she stated NO just wanted to go home.
