What happened

On [REDACTED] at [REDACTED] [REDACTED] went to dock door 62 to load his trailer. He started to load his trailer with APC 's. Once he loaded the APC 's he. started loading the OTR 's. As he was loading the OTR the OTR rolled up on his foot and ankle. He fell to the floor but quickly got up and that 's when he felt the pain but he still loaded the trailer and preceded to the [REDACTED]. Once he started driving he could feel the pain and his ankle was throbbing. He got back to the plant but couldn 't walk. His ankle had swollen up.
