On [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] as clerk was trying to pull a BMC thru swinging doors it ran over the front part of her feet and lower legs. Clerk said BMC did not move properly when being pulled by handle. Her skin was torn and she had bruising swelling and pain in both feet and ankles.
