What happened

While unloading an 11-ton PV at University City PO Driver removed the strap and left it on the floor still attached to the E-track on the wall. As the driver attempted to maneuver an OTR he tripped over the strap. To prevent a fall he put his right hand down which resulted in strain to two middle fingers upon impact with the right wall.
