What happened

On [REDACTED] at [REDACTED] Carrier was delivering a certified letter to [REDACTED]. after delivering to the Customer. Carrier turned and walked to the Truck. carrier missed the step and his momentum led him to fall to the ground hitting both knees and shoulder and neck into the truck side door. He laid on the ground for about 5 to 10 minutes. Then the customer came and helped him off the ground. I saw I had two scraped knees and both hurt very bad. also scraped my hands and my left ear is scraped and bleeding.
